How much does it cost to buy a lodge?
We sell various Lodges to high specifications including central heating and double glazing. Prices will reflect the various models available. Please contact us directly to find out more.
What are the annual site fees?
The site fees vary from location to location, there is an annual site (ground rent) fee which is payable to the park. Please visit the individual website for details
Is it possible to live in the lodges all year around?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to live in the lodges all year around. The parks are open for between 10 and 11 months of the year and lodges must only be used for holiday purposes. It is essential that lodge owners have a 'main residence,' this can be in the UK.
What other costs are involved in owning a holiday lodge?
There are a small number of other costs, these include; Local Authority Rates, Gas, Electricity and Insurance. The exact charges will be explained on your visit to your chosen lodge development.
Can we let our holiday lodge?
It is possible to offset some of the running costs by allowing your holiday home to be used by holiday guests during the weeks that you are not using the lodge. The Sales Advisor on park will be able to give you more information on this during your visit.
How long is the park open for?
The destinations openings vary however in the main you are able to make use of your lodge for a 10 month period. Please refer to the individual web sites.
Does our holiday home come with warranty?
The lodges each come with a manufacturers warranty of 12 months. This covers all internal fixtures, fittings and appliances. There is also an extended 'Gold Shield' warranty product that all owners receive that covers the main structure for a period of 10 years.
Do we have to source our own finance?
We have an association with a number of finance providers who can offer competitive quotations on request.
Is buying a holiday home a good investment?
A holiday home is a great investment in your leisure time and as such is not viewed as a financial investment.
